CBD Oil - by far the most important one on this list, which is why I have already written 2 blogs on CBD oil, and have another one coming! For some people, ALL they do is take CBD oil once or twice a day, and they see a great reduction in anxiety, pain, inflammation, and sometimes even their mood lifts (helps relieve depression, and sleep improves. Rescue Remedy - this is a blend of 5 flowers from the Bach Flower Remedies. It can be helpful for anxiety, also for nightmares at night, or for before a test or performance. You'll find Rescue Remedy at most nutrition or whole food stores. Get Rescue Remedy Sleep if you're also wanting help shutting off your mind to sleep at night (it won't make you drowsy, it doesn't work that way). All the Bach Flower remedies are energy medicine, not chemical medicine. And what might be even better that Rescue Remedy would be to have a flower remedy blend custom made for you, which you can often find at herbal stores, (or order online). Magnesium - I recommend magnesium glycinate or citrate. Take it before bed. If you take too much and find you get loose stools, decrease the amount you take next time. Magnesium is "the relaxation mineral". It is one of the most abundant minerals in the body, and many of us are deficient in it due to our stressful lives and processed food diets. Try magnesium if you have: headaches or muscle tension, cramps, pms, anxiety, insomnia, or a worrying mind. "Natural Calm" is a powdered form of highly absorbable magnesium that you drink in water.
Peppermint oil - this isn't exactly for anxiety, but I find it helps me so much that I thought I should include it. I put a drop or two in a big glass of water and I find it 1) wakes me up and 2) cools off inflammation in my lower body. It also seems to help 'cool off' sugar or carb cravings when I drink a lot of water with peppermint oil.
Aconite 30C - this is a homeopathic remedy, the specific one that I needed. You may require a different one. Homeopathy is energy medicine, not chemical medicine, and the way it works is that you need to select the right remedy based on your total picture of symptoms, your food cravings, everything.
