Cannabis as a Medicine is Now Getting a Lot of Attention. But What About Cannabis as a Sacrement?
Broadly defined, a sacrament is something that 'makes sacred', imparts a blessing, or connects us to the divine. And this aspect of cannabis has a special place in my heart, personally.
As a meditator, I find cannabis to be especially helpful, when used with respect and moderation, to help me experience states of deep love, peace, and illumination. But what does Cannabis as a Sacrament really mean? for meditators, for yogi's and for society as a whole?
(I did also find online a rather narrow definition of a sacrament as something used exclusively within the Christian church - but surely we are past thinking that God only visits one house, yes? good).
