Cannabis as a Medicine is Now Getting a Lot of Attention. But What About Cannabis as a Sacrement?
Broadly defined, a sacrament is something that 'makes sacred', imparts a blessing, or connects us to the divine. And this aspect of cannabis has a special place in my heart, personally.
As a meditator, I find cannabis to be especially helpful, when used with respect and moderation, to help me experience states of deep love, peace, and illumination. But what does Cannabis as a Sacrament really mean? for meditators, for yogi's and for society as a whole?

Do you worry? If so, you're not alone, as many people worry. And don't think this has anything to do with YOU. Worry is a natural result of being sensitive being in the world as it is today - often what we're feeling and getting drawn into isn't even ours, it's energy coming at us from the world in all it's pain and confusion.
Worry is not your natural state. And like everything else that is unnatural to us, it can completely be changed. But doing so will take diligent effort - you are really training your mind, and your body, since they are one. See this as mind-training - or a path of self-healing/self-transformation, because that's what it is.
With that in mind, here's a few simple solutions that can really help:
Transparency: Its been a long journey to realizing that anxiety and depression are something I experience, and they will probably not go away completely any day soon. Partly this is because these emotions are lifestyle driven - I have to actually learn to live better, and practice what I learn. Like the note I made recently in my journal:

I heard this a while back, and I believe it is true. And especially as my sensitivity continued to grow, I began to notice color's effects on us. It's really about balancing our chakric energies - a chakra can be under-energized or over-energized. These are the 7 energy centers that run down the center of your body. Each one has a corresponding gland - your endocrine system.
So how do we use color to heal from things like digestive issues? or anxiety? or depression? or even fatigue?

Nutrition 1. See your doctor and get some blood work done. Find out your B12 level, your Iron level, and instead of testing your vitamin D level, just start taking vitamin D (the vitamin D test here in Canada is $60. Vitamin D itself is maybe $12.). If you find that you are B12 or iron deficient, or even on the low end of the scale, consult "Dr. Google", and likely you will want to supplement them. *Note: RDA and OPA are not the same. RDA is the minimum amount to avoid getting a disease of deficiency. OPA, or *optimal* amount, is way, way higher. To create health, you may need closer to the OPA than the RDA.
