CBD Oil - by far the most important one on this list, which is why I have already written 2 blogs on CBD oil, and have another one coming! For some people, ALL they do is take CBD oil once or twice a day, and they see a great reduction in anxiety, pain, inflammation, and sometimes even their mood lifts (helps relieve depression, and sleep improves. Yes, really! Plus CBD has other benefits, like to the brain and in cancer-prevention. See my blog CBD: the Great Brain and Body Healer for more. In that blog you'll also learn how to choose a high quality CBD oil.
Cannabis as a Medicine is Now Getting a Lot of Attention. But What About Cannabis as a Sacrement?
Broadly defined, a sacrament is something that 'makes sacred', imparts a blessing, or connects us to the divine. And this aspect of cannabis has a special place in my heart, personally.
As a meditator, I find cannabis to be especially helpful, when used with respect and moderation, to help me experience states of deep love, peace, and illumination. But what does Cannabis as a Sacrament really mean? for meditators, for yogi's and for society as a whole?
My cancer healing advice in a nutshell: do CBD oil, and follow Dr. Kelly Turners "9 Keys to Radical Remission".
I have been studying holistic healing for 20 years. Back then, cancer was considered almost a death sentence. Hardly anyone experienced, 'remission', or so we thought. Then over the years I began to see more and more people putting cancer into remission, and today that has become very common. I'm not an expert on cancer healing but I have learned a few surprising things about it over the years, and I've put them together here.
1.Check out Dr. Kelly Turner's work: www.RadicalRemission.com, and the book Radical Remission, and her You Tubes. She studied over 300 cancer thrivers, and she noticed 9 key things they all did in common. Those 9 things form the basis of her work, and you'll notice that only 3 of them are diet.
As cannabis medicine comes to the fore,hemp-extracted CBD will beincreasingly popular, since it doesn't get you high, yet still has amazing benefits!
Non-psychoactive hemp-derived CBD reduces inflammation, reduces anxiety, lowers blood sugar, reduces seizures, helps with sleep, improves skin conditions, is neuro-protective, cancer-preventive, and has even reduced tumor size in some cases. The question is,how can one medicinedo so many things? Here I’m going to share two complementary views of how one medicinecan do so much:1) the evolutionary view, and 2) the science view.
