Bodies weren’t made to sit all day at work, then sit all night at home. But there are solutions...
Josh Axe, founder of www.DrAxe.com, one of the most widely viewed health sites on the web, walks three times a day, for 20 min. Add to that his belief that he is guided by a benevolent God - and his walks are a time for him to be more receptive that inner Guiding Intuition. Which I know we all have.
Josh Axe makes several million $ a year, and his main strategy is to give a ton of value for free.
The main exercise we should do all be doing is really weight-bearing exercise. And even 20 min's does wonders for us. That's what I do, and then other days of the week I do yoga (often at home), run, hike, or whatever else I feel moved to.
The 3 kinds of exercise are Weight-Bearing, Cardio, and Stretching.
We want to be doing some kind of exercise at least 3-4 times a week, mainly to clear stress and negativity from our system. And walking is definitely included in exercise, in my opinion. Now I maintain a healthy body by simply doing:
What takes only 20 minutes, burns off stress, increases your energy level, reduces inflammation, makes your sleep deeper, burns fat, gives you a healthy glow, AND... makes you look better naked? :-)
